This animation explores how memory continues to exist beneath conscious awareness. It begins with a face that blinks; the camera moves into the eye, revealing a clock-like system of turning gears. Inside, a child runs along the rotating paths.
The eye becomes a site of perception, while the clockwork interior suggests the steady passage of time. The running child represents a past self still moving within the present. Remembering and forgetting are not opposites here, but simultaneous states—details may fade, yet their emotional weight remains.
